Do You know What salt you are eating?

Look at your box, I'm pretty sure it's full of chemicals! Your table salt is actually 97.5% sodium chloride and 2.5% chemicals such as moisture absorbents, and iodine. Dried at over 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit, the excessive heat alters the natural chemical structure of the salt.

 There is a solution,

100% natural, unprocessed, 250 Million Years Old Himalayan Mineral Salt!!!

Containing all of the 84 elements found in your body, the benefits of natural Himalayan Crystal Salt include:

 1. Regulating the water content throughout your body.
 2. Promoting a healthy pH balance in your cells, particularly your brain cells.
 3. Promoting blood sugar health and helping to reduce the signs of aging.
 4. Assisting in the generation of hydroelectric energy in cells in your body.
 5. Absorption of food particles through your intestinal tract.
 6. Supporting respiratory health.
 7. Promoting sinus health.
 8. Prevention of muscle cramps.
 9. Promoting bone strength.
 10. Regulating your sleep -- it naturally promotes sleep.
 11. Supporting your libido.
 12. Promoting vascular health.
 13. In conjunction with water it is actually essential for the regulation of your blood pressure.

DInner time! [Jan. 21st, 2009|08:19 pm]

Sunflower Pate

1 cup soaked raw sunflower seeds
8-10 sun-dried tomatoes
1⁄2 tbsp oil-soaked chopped garlic
Small bunch of basil

Mix all the ingredients together with a hand blender or food processor.
I really like this simple recipe in the summertime, spread on lettuce leaves or flax crackers. I often soak garlic for at least a few hours in oil before I use it, as otherwise I find it irritates my stomach.

This is soooo good and gives you sooo much energy and it doesnt make you feel full. I feel totally high right now. I wish I could go for a run right now! It tastes even better with mulberries or raisins.
