yesterdaysIntake:
-green lemonade(romaine, cucumber, kale, apple, lemon, ginger)
-2 pounds of red grapes
-raw blended carrot renew
-big raw salad(romaine, tomato, sprouts)
-5 leaves of romaine spread with a raw almond butter and raw honey mixer
-bowl of hearty veggie lentil curry soup with a head of romaine chopped and mixed in

2 cups fresh carrot juice
1 ripe avocado
1 table spoon of curry powder
1 table spoon fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
