Natural Foods from Seed to Stomach


-warm water
-Green lemonade with 2 spoonfuls of green super food from trader joes
-smoothie(bluberries, banana, kale, hempseed, ground flaxseed)
-cup of blueberries
-bowl of power soup
-coco mole lara bar
-warm water
-4 organic dates
-handfull of spirulina chips
-raw slaw salad
-lightly steamed boccoli and sweet potato
-warm water

Easy Raw Coleslaw (makes 4-6 servings)
-1 cup of shredded green cabbage
-1 cup of shredded red cabbage
-1/4 cup raisins
-1/2 cup of liquid gold elixer

mix ingredients and wait an hour before serving

(incase you dont remember)

Liquid gold elixer(makes 4 cups)
-2 cups fresh lemon juice
-3 whole cloves garlic
-3 tablespoons minced ginger
-3 tablespoons nama shoyu or braggs liquid aminos
-3 heaping tablespoons raw honey(or more if desired)
-1 1/2 cups cold-pressed olive oil

normally blend all ingredients except oil, as mixture is blending slowly add oil until its completely blended should last over a week in the fridge.
