Natural Foods from Seed to Stomach
1 leaf of kale
hand full of spinach
half of yellow bell pepper
small bunch of cilantro
small handful of sunflower spouts and alfalfa sprouts
1 clove of garlic
1/2 sweet lemon
this is seriously one of my favorite foods. eat your greens bitches.
-chia gel mixed with mashed banana, lucuma powerder, raisins, and raw pumpkin seeds
-energy soup with 1oz of sunflower flax crackers
-salad(romaine 2 tomato and liquid gold elixir)
-steamed sweet potato and broccoli
-1/3 organic 70% dark chocolate bar
